In the event your check is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, you authorize your check to be electronically redeposited for the face amount of the check. Recovery fees, as applicable by law, will be assessed on all returned checks and may be collected from your checking account. By presenting your check for payment for your transaction, you are acknowledging your acceptance of our Check Acceptance Policy.

Shipping: We ship USPS in the US and Worldwide, all charges determined at time of order. UPS and Fed Ex shipping available by request.

Effective 01-01-2010 Return Policy: All Sales Are Final. I take pride in every item that I make, as if it were for my own dog. Each order is carefully created, specifically for your dog, using the measurements that you've provided. In the event of an improper fit, due to having been given incorrect measurements, the item may be returned for alteration. Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving, in unused, unwashed condition & free of dog hair. Alteration fee is 15.00 per item plus return shipping fee.

Any other problems with an order may be addressed and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Concerns must be addressed within 3 days of receiving the item.
